May 13 2018 was Mother’s Day and mum decided to have Korean for dinner.
So Seoul Garden it is! There are 2 favorite my go to Korean restaurant in Kuching which are Kimchi Korea (Onejaya) & Seoul Garden (Central Park).
Ok let’s get to the food shall we?
First they serve the ‘must have in every Korean restaurant’ BANCHAN (Korean side dishes) and fruit.
Here we have the Banchan
- Kimchi (of cuz)
- Kongnamul Muchim (soybean sprout)
- Pickled cucumber with seaweed & onion (so good! Prob my favorite!)
- Soyed shredded chicken with garlic
- Fruit – local watermelon
Soon after the glorious 4 types bbq meat came.
- Meats (Beef, chicken, lamb & pork)
- Cheeseeeeee
- Kimchi Jjigae
This platter also comes with 2 bowls of rice and will be able to feed up to 3-4pax which is so worth it!
